Yoko Ono Draw Circle Event Card

An original Yoko Ono Draw Circle Event fold out card which was released in 1969.

One side of the card functions as a questionnaire regarding the participant's relationship and history with drawing circles, and the other side serves as a postcard, prompting the recipient to physically draw a circle within the box and mail the questionnaire directly to Ono at the Empire State Building in New York City.
