Paul McCartney and wings autographs Glasgow Green’s Playhouse 24th of May 1973

A page which has been extracted from an autograph book which has been signed in black felt pen By Paul McCartney, Linda McCartney additionally Linda has signed for Denny Laine, Denny Seiwell and Henrey McCullough Paul Has added the inscription “To Gordon from” and “Wings” The autographs were obtained at the Glasgow Playhouse on the 24th of May 1973 on the 11th night of the 18-date Wings 1973 UK Tour, which opened on 11th of may in Bristol The support act was Brinsley Schwarz. The autographs come with an original ticket stub from the night and a Red Rose Speedway sticker which was given to the original owner by Linda in the dressing room The autographs come with a letter from the original owner which reads: I was at the Paul McCartney concert with a friend and when it finished, I decided to go to the toilet. On coming out the cleaning staff were doing a clean-up in the stalls. I asked if Wings had left the building and the female cleaner said she didn't know but pointed us in the direction of the dressing room. My friend and I just walked through and nobody said a thing. Paul, Linda and the guys were just getting ready to leave, thankfully Paul took my autograph book and then passed it to Linda and Henry McCullough I then spoke with McCulloch for a few minutes before getting my book back from Linda. It was just pure luck on the night that I met my hero The pages measures 15.5 x 10 cm The condition is Very good with a fold through the middle of the page
