Ringo Starr The Magic Christian Prop money 1969

An original Money Prop printed specifically for the film The Magic Christian which were given to guests at a party on May 4, 1969.

The event took place at the Les Ambassadeurs nightclub casino in London to celebrate the completion of filming for the satirical comedy film The Magic Christian, which starred both Sellers and Starr.

Guests at the wrap party were instructed to use this custom fake money on the club's gaming and roulette tables to win real prizes.

Included with this Prop Money is a photograph of the party showing Peter Sellers and Ringo Starr showering guests with fake currency.

The Prop measures 15.3 x 7.4 cm

The condition of the prop is very good – with some light staining and creasing where it was folded
