An original advertising poster of A New musical express newspaper from the 13th of May 1967 which features the band John's Children on the cover, advertising their single "Desdemona" which featured a young Marc Bolan The single became notorious because it was banned by the BBC for the controversial lyric, "Lift up your skirt and fly". John's Children were known for their outrageous live performances and were booted off a tour with The Who in Germany because they upstaged the headliners.
