"Lennons" Restaurant and Rock 'n' Roll Bar Private Pre-Opening Party Invitation

An original invitation to the private pre-opening party of "Lennons" Restaurant and Rock 'n' Roll Bar, which was hosted by John Lennon's first wife, Cynthia Lennon.

The event took place on Tuesday, 13th December 1988, at 13/14 Upper St. Martin's Lane, London WC2, in Covent Garden.

Provenance: From the collection of Terry Doran. Terence James Doran (1939–2020) was a Liverpudlian luxury car dealer, pop music manager, and music publishing executive who became one of The Beatles' closest inner-circle associates, best known for his association with the band. He came into their world through his friendship with manager Brian Epstein.
