Donovan Handwritten letter

An original handwritten letter from Donovan in black felt-tipped pen on his personal "Donovan"-branded stationery, inviting the recipients to a performance at the Theatre Royal Windsor.

The letter reads:

"Dear G or Terry
just in case you didn't get our note ~
can you make the Theatre Royal Windsor ~ May 3rd.
8.00 pm - Private Box in Name of Doran ~ you may have called - and we out.
Send a friend or two if you busy - Love Don & Linda"

Provenance: From the collection of Terry Doran. Terence James Doran (1939–2020) was a Liverpudlian luxury car dealer, pop music manager, and music publishing executive who became one of The Beatles' closest inner-circle associates, best known for his association with the band. He came into their world through his friendship with manager Brian Epstein.

The letter measures 20.8 x 14.8 cm

The condition of the letter is very good + with some creasing where it was folded
