The images document the band traveling to and appearing at the ABC Theatre for a performance on the variety show Blackpool Night Out. The Beatles were the headline act for the live television broadcast of Blackpool Night Out. This was a significant period in their career, occurring just after the release of their first film, A Hard Day's Night.
