Sammy Davis Jr signed Gala performance sleeve 1974

An original copy of 1973 LP Sammy: The Original Television Soundtrack which has been signed on the British Heart Association gatefold sleeve by Sammy Davis Jr in blue felt tipped pen.
Sammy has also added the inscription “All my best” and “x” before and after his name.
The autograph was obtained at a charity event that took place on Wednesday 17th July 1974 at Grosvenor House, London in aid of The British Heart Foundation.
The condition of the record is good + with some wear to the corners
