Pink Floyd The Dome Brighton Ticket Stub January 1972

An original ticket stub for a Pink Floyd performance at The Dome, Brighton on Thursday, January 20, 1972.

This specific date is highly significant in rock music history: it marks the very first live public performance of their legendary suite, The Dark Side of the Moon.

Interestingly, during this debut performance, the band suffered a severe technical malfunction due to a broken tape player, forcing them to stop playing the new material midway through the track "Money" and finish the rest of the evening playing older favourites like "Atom Heart Mother" and "Echoes."

The ticket stub measures 7.1 x 5.1 cm

The condition of the ticket stub is very good + with a small crease to the bottom right corner
