An original concert program for a historic performance by jazz innovator Ornette Coleman and Yoko Ono at London's Royal Albert Hall on the 29th of February 1968 which has been signed on the front cover by Ornette Coleman, David Izenzon and Edward Blackwell in blue ballpoint pen and by Charlie Haden on the back page in black ballpoint pen This was one of Yoko Ono's earliest major musical appearances in London. The performance was largely improvised based on her instructions. A recording from the afternoon rehearsal for this concert was later released as the track "AOS" on the 1970 album Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band.
