George has added the inscription “Best Wishes From” Before his name The autograph was obtained by a B.O.A.C Navigator crew member of the Boeing 707 fleet when the Beatles were traveling to the USA during their first tour The autograph comes with a letter from the original owner which reads: “My late father, Douglas Kaye, was a member (Navigator) of a flight crew working for BOAC on the Boeing 707 fleet. On one flight, the Beatles were present as passengers. The cabin crew requested autographs from them, which were randomly distributed amongst the crew, hence how I ended up with this example. I still have my fathers' log books but I am unable to identify the date of the particular flight or the destination, except it must have been between January 1964 and March 1964. The destinations are mostly transatlantic, but there are also some Far East\/Australia destinations.
